Community Guidelines
OmegleWeb is for adults who want quick, respectful conversations with strangers. These rules explain what is allowed, what is banned, and how reports are handled.
1) Be respectful
OmegleWeb is for meeting new people. Treat others with respect and end the chat if you’re uncomfortable.
OK — allowed
- Friendly conversation, jokes, hobbies, interests.
- Skipping/ending chats you don’t want.
- Reporting bad behavior.
NOT OK — zero tolerance
- Sexual content, nudity, or sexual harassment.
- Anything involving minors, grooming, or exploitation.
- Threats, hate, or targeted harassment.
- Doxxing or sharing personal/private information.
- Spam, scams, phishing, or malware links.
- Automation/bots or attempts to bypass bans.
2) Reporting and enforcement
Use the in-app Report button to flag a user. We may warn, restrict, rate-limit, suspend, investigate, preserve evidence, or ban accounts, devices, or IPs to protect users and the platform.
3) Child safety and urgent harm
Any conduct involving minors, grooming, enticement, trafficking, exploitation, or threats of sexual harm is strictly prohibited. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement immediately. You can also report child sexual exploitation to NCMEC’s CyberTipline at missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline.
4) Safety tips
- Never share personal information (name, phone, address, passwords, or private accounts).
- Disconnect immediately if someone makes you uncomfortable.
- Report users who violate these rules.
