1) What OmegleWeb is
OmegleWeb is a real-time chat service that matches you with other users for text and/or video chat. The service is provided “as is” and may change at any time.
2) Rules (what you may not do)
- Do not share or request nudity or sexual content, or sexually harass anyone.
- Do not exploit or endanger minors in any way.
- Do not post or request illegal content, threats, or encouragement of wrongdoing.
- Do not share personal information (yours or someone else’s) such as address, phone, passwords, or private accounts.
- Do not defame, dox, stalk, or target individuals or groups.
- Do not spam, scam, or attempt to phish users.
- Do not use automation/bots to start chats or interfere with the service.
- Do not attempt to bypass bans or other safety controls.
- Do not infringe intellectual property rights.
3) Safety + enforcement
We may moderate, rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or ban users at any time (including permanently), with or without notice, to protect users and the service. If you feel unsafe, disconnect immediately and use the in-app reporting tools.
4) Content + responsibility
Users are responsible for their own behavior and content. Human behavior is not controllable; you may encounter content or conduct that is offensive or unsafe. Use OmegleWeb at your own risk and disconnect if you are uncomfortable.
5) Privacy
Your use of OmegleWeb is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.
6) Disclaimers + limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmegleWeb is provided without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmegleWeb and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
