Safety + Reporting
1) Use the in-app report tools
If someone violates the rules, use the in-app Report button as soon as possible. Reports help us connect the complaint to the relevant session, technical identifiers, and moderation evidence.
2) Report child sexual exploitation
If the incident may involve a child, grooming, enticement, child sexual abuse material, trafficking, or similar exploitation, you can also make a report to NCMEC’s CyberTipline: missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline.
3) What we may preserve
When a serious safety incident is reported or apparent, we may preserve relevant chats, uploads, screenshots, reports, session identifiers, device/network metadata, and related technical records for safety review, abuse investigations, legal process, and compliance.
4) What we may disclose
We may disclose information as required or permitted by law, including to NCMEC, law enforcement, and in response to valid legal process or emergency requests.
5) Legal and safety contact
